I took up 8 weeks physique with Leon and results are amazing. Every session I felt my strength growing and saw my body shape changing. Leon motivated me to stay strong, stick to my diet and was always willing to answer my numerous questions. I completely changed my attitude to calorie counting and learned about healthy food choices. In the end I lost 10 kg – no muffin top, no back fat (two things I deeply hated) – finally I have body I feel good with. By far one of the most knowledgeable trainers I have worked with. He pushes you to be the best that you can during your 1:1 sessions and always is available for support via email or txt. He has helped me reach my goal's and has also educated me with macro counting, would highly recommend Leon for all your training and nutrition needs whether you are looking to lose weight or build muscle.

I would like to thank my personal trainer Mr Leon Coupe for everything he has helped me achieve. Knowing that I wanted to become a lot stronger physically and mentally, he has pushed me all the way through and still is. Leon is a calm, friendly and knowledgeable trainer who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and become fitter and stronger. His gym sessions are fun and varied and push you far enough to keep improving but not so far that you can't walk for a week and your arms don't work anymore.
