I first started training with Leon after signing up for his 30 Day Shred where I lost 3.2kg and dropped 2.6% body fat.
After completing the shred I continued training with Leon. He wrote me a programme combining resistance training and cardio and has coached me on each routine so that I can also train on my own.
Leon is a very motivating trainer with excellent knowledge and he has not only helped me increase my physical strength but also my self confidence.
