Having taken part in Leon’s 30 day shred back in May I discovered how quickly results can be achieved by combining an effective workout routine and diet plan.
In just 4 weeks I managed to lose 2.8kg. I have continued training with Leon and have now lost a total 5.4kg.
This weight loss combined with an increased level of fitness gave
me the confidence to complete the tough mudder obstacle course, compete (and win) in a charitable boxing match and run 5k at a personal best 18 minutes and 32 seconds.
