I started training with Leon when I joined Pure Gym in October 2015. I had been training at other gyms previously but I never managed to see any results.
After talking to Leon about my goals he designed me a training programme to fit around my work schedule. He also explained to me the importance of nutrition and showed me how to track my calorie intake.
I have been following Leon’s programme for 16 weeks now and each week he has tracked my progress and made any necessary adjustments.
I feel fitter, stronger and healthier than ever and I’m always looking forward to my next workout.
