Summer Shred fat burning program at Pure Gym Northampton.

The program involves seeing me weekly for personal training sessions while following a diet and training program which is put together specifically for you.

The program will include 12 sessions at one a week. If you wish to do more than one session a week we can discuss this during your consultation.
