Home Workout Routine


Maximize the effectiveness of your training while being restricted to bodyweight and dumbbell exercises at home. The program takes into consideration that you’ll be using lighter weights than usual, and therefore works according to your personal rate of perceived exertion (RPE), rather than strict rep ranges.


This program contains a mixture of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, and the only equipment you will need is a set of dumbbells. For some exercises you will have two options, easy and hard, so pick the one most applicable to your ability level.
