4-Day Upper Lower Split




This program is what I am currently following and is designed to produce results the most efficient way possible by taking trial and error out of the equation and maximizing a perfect balance of strength and hypertrophy training. It requires only 4 days per week in the gym. The program comes in PDF format so you can view it on any device. The program includes a brief overview and Q&A page followed by pages showing you the days to train with the exercises, sets, reps and rest, allowing you to follow it with ease.
