ONLINE TRAINING

If you are interested in personal training but you are unable to reach my location I offer online training to give you the personalised help you need.

The most common frustration when it comes to fitness is knowing exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals. It is discouraging to hit the gym day after day and not see the results you want, not to mention trying to work out how you should approach your diet.

This is why I began online training, I have helped countless people achieve their fitness goals through my proven workout and nutritional strategies, and I want to give everybody a chance to achieve their fitness goals, even if they are unable to see me in person.

WHAT YOU WILL GET

You will receive a fully tailored gym routine and diet to follow based on your current fitness level, goals and schedule. I will contact you weekly while your plan is active to discuss your progress and to make adjustments to your plan when necessary.

You will also be able to communicate with me at any time while your plan is active.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Once you have selected a package and completed your payment, I will contact you via email with your questionnaire. This questionnaire will provide me with all the information I need to prepare your program.

Once I have received your completed questionnaire I will begin preparing your program which will be sent to you within a week, and usually within a couple of days.
