I am a full-time personal trainer, and I am currently doing my one-to-one sessions at Pure Gym Northampton. I started personal training in 2012 and since then my priority has been to help people reach their fitness goals. I aim to deliver an exceptional service, giving you all the help you need.
I have always had a passion for exercise and spent most of my younger years playing football. I first started weightlifting when I was 18 and as the years have gone by I have grown in experience and knowledge. I have enjoyed following different training routines and diets to find out what works best for me, and I stay on top of my own fitness year round.
